A 15+ Year Partnership Behind L & O Builders
L & O Builders was built on a partnership between longtime friends Sean and Rich, who have known each other for more than 15 years.
Sean brings a strong background in sales, relationship-building, and client communication, while Rich brings hands-on construction knowledge and project management experience.
Together, they combine people-first service with practical construction expertise to help San Diego homeowners, business owners, and property owners move through residential and commercial construction projects with clarity and confidence.
